Direct Development announced their participation in helping Five Below open their doors in the Woodbridge Crossing Shopping Center in Wylie, Texas. Direct Development, a shopping center construction and leasing firm that specializes in retail advisory, secured the lease and construction for the retailer. The lease was secured in February 2013 and construction began in April.

Five Below, Inc. is the leading retailer of trend-right, extreme-value merchandise to the teen and pre-teen market – all for $1.00 to $5.00.

Five Below is just one of the many retail brands Direct Development has brought to Woodbridge Crossing. Direct Development was also pivotal in bringing the Target SuperStore, TJ Maxx and HomeGoods, among others to the Woodbridge Crossing center.
