Direct Development announced the ground breaking for LA Fitness at Woodbridge Gate in Sachse, Texas. Direct Development participated in negotiating the lease and the construction project located at the Southeast corner of HWY 78 and Woodbridge Parkway. The project is scheduled to be complete at the end of January 2016 with an opening date mid- to late February 2016.
