Bank of America location planned to open in Cross Timbers Village in October 2014, with help from Direct Development
Direct Development announced their assistance in the sale and construction of the new Bank of America retail location in Cross Timbers Village Shopping Center in Western area of Flower Mound, Texas. Bank of America has begun building the new retail location on a 62,822 square-foot pad site in a prime location in the shopping center.
Direct Development helped negotiate the sale of the pad site to Bank of America in July of 2014. The location will complete construction and open in October.
Bank of America retail store is part of 140,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by a Tom Thumb grocery store at a high-traffic intersection in western Flower Mound. There are several other pad sites available in the shopping center, ranging from 8,000 to 12,000-square-feet.
After working with Direct Development on the planning and development of the large shopping center project, owners of Cross Timbers Village Shopping Center again retained Direct Development for the leasing of the property. Direct Development actively worked to secure Walgreens on the location.
