Investor buying Rowlett shopping center

American Realty Capital is buying the Liberty Crossing Shopping Center in Rowlett.
A New York investor is buying a shopping center in Rowlett.
American Realty Capital has a contract to purchase the 105,861-square-foot Liberty Crossing Shopping Center on Lakeview Parkway at State Highway 190.
The shopping center is selling for $22.2 million, according to American Realty Capital.
Liberty Crossing is a project of Direct Development and is 95 percent leased. Tenants in the project include Ross Dress for Less, Petsmart, Dollar Tree and Rack Room Shoes.
The strip center is located adjacent to a Super Target store.
American Realty Capital is an affiliate of Boston-based Realty Capital Securities LLC. In 2011 the investor paid $1.2 billion for 224 properties with 10.2 million square feet.
